For small home interventions, the following is charged:
Arrival is charged for I zone 25 € and 35 € for II zone. Arrival is charged in each case when the handyman comes to client, regardless of whether he has done the work.
Zone I consists of Tivat to the roundabout towards Kotor and to the ferry.
Zone II consists of parts of Tivat that do not belong to zone I, Kotor and part of Herceg Novi – Lustica.
Service – work is charged 25 €/hour, for each started hour of engagement according to the number of hired workers. If we procure materials, the time required for procurement (departure and re-arrival) will be calculated.
Installed parts or material – the price of the material is charged per invoice, increased by the costs of the procurement service, as follows:
If the material cannot be procured on the territory of the municipalities of Tivat and Kotor, an additional procurement fee may be charged.
After the arrival of the handyman at the client and before the start of work, the client receives details of the price of the service and the estimated time required, as well as the necessary material for installation. The client gives the order by signing the work order.
In the event that the arrival of a foreman or engineer is required for fault detection or assessment of the scope of work, their hour of engagement is charged 40 € / hour but a minimum of 60 € and not more than 150 € for one arrival.
Each submission of a offer for works in writing or electronically is charged from 100 to 500 € depending on the scope and time required. The same amount will be returned to the client if the offer is accepted and realised.
