Individual package

If your needsaa are not met by the Basic, Plus or Premium package, there is always an Individual package made just for you. This may be modified or supplemented by any of the existing packages and may include services not mentioned here. In any case, tell us your request, explain your needs or specifics. We will consider them and if we are able to provide the requested service, together with you shape and define your Individual package.

The takeover of the property oversight is concluded after the property inspection and signing of the contract with the owner. The contract for the Basic Package can be concluded for 6 or 12 months.

The price does not include the execution of works, procurement of materials and the service of visiting institutions.

Package prices are informative.

In the case of certain specifics related to the property, we reserve the right to change the prices listed here or due to the inability to provide the service to refuse to enter into the Contract.

The basic types of works are charged 25 €/hour, for each started hour of engagement according to the number of hired workers , and the first hour of work is charged 35 €/hour., but the price in some cases may be different, of which the owner will be notified in advance. If we procure materials, the time required for procurement (departure and re-arrival) will be calculated.

When procuring construction materials, equipment or groceries, the purchase price is charged per invoice, increased by the costs of the procurement service, as follows:

up to 100 € – 25 %,

up to 500 € – 20 %,

over 1.000 € – 15 %.

If the material cannot be procured on the territory of the municipalities of Tivat and Kotor, an additional procurement fee may be charged.

Each visit to an institution is charged €40/per go and the first hour, €20 for each subsequent hour.

Prices are valid for real estate in Tivat, Kotor and part of Herceg Novi – Luštica.
