Property management and maintenance is a novelty on the Montenegrin market. Ownership of real estate brings many obligations and requires supervision, attention and maintenance in order to protect the real estate from deterioration. The impossibility of personal engagement often brings a lot of stress and insecurity to the owners, and ultimately high costs, because they have to pay for the repair of their properties due to lack or inadequate maintenance.
For property owners who do not live in Montenegro or are simply not able to deal with their property on their own, we offer the service of the Domo-M team in a professional way to oversight and maintain their property.
Our business activities in this segment are covered by professional liability insurance which provides for our clients security in doing business with us.
We offer this service in several packages:

Basic package
The Basic package includes regular oversight of the property, the detection of any faults and damage inside and outside the property.

Read moreThe oversight property service is currently limited to the territory of Tivat, Kotor and parts of Herceg Novi – Lustica. We hope to expand our business in this segment to other cities in Montenegro.
In addition to this, SOON for our clients who have concluded a contract for one of the packages, we will be able to offer the service of reception and accommodation of their guests, if they rent out their property as a tourist facility. This service will include:
- that we will wait for the guest and introduce him to the accommodation,
- sign a contract or other type of administrative work with the guest on behalf of the owner,
- make rent collection on behalf of the owner and issue an invoice to the guest,
- register guests in the tourist organization,
- organize cleaning, change of bed linen and towels, when changing guests.
The price of this service will be formed and negotiated for each individual inquiry, and depends on the size of the property, frequency of issuance and other factors.
